Custom and other charges

Customers take full liability for any customs policies, import duties and other handling fees. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel once that package reaches its destination country. As custom policies and import duties vary widely from different countries, we are not able to provide the amount would cost. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local custom office.

Dispatch
We will pack and dispatch within 1 - 3 business days. We do not ship to PO boxes. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please expect minor delays during peak or sale periods. You will receive an email notification on completion of your order, as well as when your item has been shipped with your tracking number so that you can check on the progress of your delivery. Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

At ROSARINI, we aim at providing the best service and quality products to our customers. That is why we have a 100% 30-days money back guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reason you are not totally pleased with your purchase we make it simple for you to return it. You may return the products within 30 days of your purchase. We requested that you include a copy of the delivery note with the return for our record. Simply complete the returns form enclosed with your order attach the address label provided and send it back to us with the item(s) you wish to return. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

We recommend that you send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. ROSARINI cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is not available. The refund will only be credited to the account used for the original purchase. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. There is no exchange or refunds on sale items.

PLEASE NOTE:

Any returned item that does not comply with the terms and conditions, especially those items that have tags removed, appear to have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged and will be returned to the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your merchandise was damaged in transit, save the original packaging and contact our Customer Service Department before returning at info@rosarini.com


Late Returns

Please seek to return items within 30 days. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of ROSARINI. Depending on the circumstances, merchandise returned after 30 days will be issued a ROSARINI Gift Card in the amount of the current selling price.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force mature for which we will not be responsible.
ROSARINI retains the right to refuse any request made by you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.


Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.


Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
